A few years ago, I visited a modern manufacturing plant. The entire workshop was almost devoid of workers, with robotic arms and self-driving transport vehicles doing most of the work. At the time, I wondered: Will these machines make humans unemployed? Or are they simply changing the nature of work? Today, as AI technology becomes more widespread, this question has become even more urgent. Whether blue-collar workers or white-collar employees, everyone needs to rethink their career plans.
